A campground at Leo Carrillo State Park in Malibu, California, flooded on Thursday, December 30, after overnight rains caused a nearby creek to overflow, according to local media.This video released by Malibu Emergency Preparedness Solutions on Twitter shows water coursing through the main parking lot of the campground.
