A small brush fire was extinguished Sunday morning in Malibu, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reports. Firefighters responded to a call at 5:13 a.m. Sunday that a 50 by 100 foot brush fire was burning on a hillside near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Big Rock Drive,
