California man charged with 11 pounds of pot

EDWARDSVILLE – A California man faces two Class X felony charges for bringing more than 11 pounds of cannabis into Madison County. Craig Ferris, 62, of San Marcus, California, was charged Nov. 29 with unlawful cannabis trafficking, an enhanced Class X felony, and unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, a Class X felony.
