How are class action lawsuit funds distributed to the individual litigants?

I am part of a class action lawsuit against Southern California Edison for the loss of my property in Malibu. My attorney negotiated a settlement, but the amount seems insufficient for my losses. There are 200 other litigants that are part of the class action.
