The Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority (MRCA) seeks input from reviewing agencies and the public about the scope and content of the Malibu Lower-Cost Accommodations Public Works Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for proposed projects at Malibu Bluffs and Ramirez Canyon Park.
