Nine injured after Malibu balcony collapses onto rocky beach

Nine people were injured after a rented residential balcony collapsed over the rocks and sand in Malibu, California on Saturday. LA County Fire Department said there were 15 to 20 people on the balcony when it gave way onto the beach.
