Rocks, mud close Malibu Canyon Road in the Agoura Hills area

17 p.m. on Malibu Canyon Road near Piuma Road, the California Highway Patrol said. A long-term closure was established at Francisco Ranch Road on the north and just south of the tunnel on the south, CHP Officer Tony Polizzi said. Caltrans was sending a supervisor and trucks to the slide area to determine the length of the closure, he said.
