State panel recommends Rod Blagojevich lose his law license

A state panel is recommending former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich be disbarred, citing his serious misconduct. The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission determined in a hearing last week that Blagojevich should no longer be able to practice law.
